The Service
ClackPrep is an EIAT practice platform operated by ClackPrep. By using ClackPrep you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Access and Payment
A free diagnostic and study mode are available to all registered users. Full access (timed quizzes, simulation, drills, AI features) requires a one-time payment of $40, which grants 90 days of access from the date of purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Access expires after 90 days. If your exam is delayed, contact us at hello@clackprep.com and we will extend your access at no charge.
Refunds
7-day refund. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed fewer than 2 full-length practice tests on the platform. Refund requests after 7 days, or after completing 2 or more full-length practice tests, are not eligible under this provision.
Pass guarantee. If you take the EIAT within your 90-day access period and do not achieve a passing score, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@clackprep.com with a copy of your official NEIEP score notice. Requests must be made within 30 days of your test date. Limited to one refund per customer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. To request a refund, email hello@clackprep.com from the address on your account.
Acceptable Use
You may use ClackPrep for personal exam preparation only. You may not share, resell, or distribute your account credentials or any content from the platform. Accounts found sharing access will be terminated without refund.
No Guarantee
ClackPrep is a study tool, not an official NEIEP or IUEC product. We do not guarantee any specific score improvement or apprenticeship outcome. The actual EIAT is administered by NEIEP; our practice questions are independently developed and may not exactly reflect the current exam.
Limitation of Liability
ClackPrep is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or your results on the actual EIAT. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the "last updated" date above when changes are made.
