Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClackPrep (“Services”) at clackprep.com or eiat.clackprep.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

ClackPrep provides test preparation content for skilled trade aptitude exams. You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial study purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or sell any content from the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent subscription access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services

Accounts

You must create an account to access the practice platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of ClackPrep require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Intellectual Property

All content on ClackPrep — including practice questions, explanations, study guides, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to ClackPrep and protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our content.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (such as contact form messages). By submitting, you grant us a limited license to use that content to provide and improve the Services.

No Guarantee of Results

ClackPrep provides study materials to help you prepare for aptitude tests. We make no guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing any exam or gaining employment. Test outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClackPrep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClackPrep in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
